Before you commit
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing is deleted: your menu, plans and subscribers are all kept. Your storefront pauses and your dashboard asks you to pick a plan; the moment you subscribe, everything is back exactly as you left it. No card is charged because no card was taken.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades apply at your next billing date, with nothing charged or refunded mid-cycle. Your existing subscribers and their orders are never interrupted; adding new subscribers past your plan's cap needs an upgrade.
Which subscribers count toward my plan's limit?
Every subscriber profile on your kitchen, active or paused, counts toward the cap until you delete it. Deleting a subscriber frees the slot immediately.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Not on cash. Cash and CliQ collections are commission-free, and the software subscription is flat-rate. If you enable online card payments, a commission applies to those card payments, based on your country and plan.
