Account data (name, email, phone, kitchen details), content you add (menu, plans, subscribers, orders, deliveries), and technical data (logs, device and usage information). Kitchens are responsible for the subscriber data they enter.
3. How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, process trials and billing, send transactional email, respond to enquiries, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Processors
We share data with vetted processors only to run the Service, including Resend (transactional email) and PostHog (privacy-conscious product analytics). They process data on our instructions.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie banner.
6. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting or security obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights

8. Security
We use tenant isolation, encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe.

The Service is for businesses and is not directed at children.
