Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Sahtein when you use our platform.

1. Who we are
Sahtein is a software platform that helps subscription kitchens and meal-prep businesses run their menu, plans, orders, deliveries and labels. These terms govern your use of our websites, dashboard and APIs (the "Service").
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you create a kitchen account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members access.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or tenant isolation, no reselling without permission, and no use that harms other kitchens or their subscribers.
4. Trials and billing
New kitchens start on a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Fees, billing cycle and taxes are shown before you subscribe. Trial and plan terms may change with notice.
5. Your content and data
You own the data you put into Sahtein (menu, plans, subscribers, orders). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Amman.
